The ANC Umkhonto we Sizwe Freedom Fighters Memorial was held in Hall 1 -Olive Theatre, honouring the legacy and sacrifices of those who fought for South Africa’s freedom. The event included emotional tributes, reflections on the past, and celebrations of the strength and courage of the freedom fighters, providing a meaningful space for remembrance and unity.
The Hollywood Bets Year-End Function was held at the Durban Arena (Hall 4), where the hall was transformed into a vibrant Las Vegas-themed extravaganza. The World Table Tennis (WTT) Contender competition took place at the Olive Convention Centre in January 2023. Halls 2-4 were used as practice venues and Hall 1 (Olive Theatre) held the semi-finals and finals of the competition.
